Branches

Branches and locations — one standard across the company

Run multiple locations in one system, without separate accounts and spreadsheets. Jobs, staff and workstations belong to branches, and head office sees everything at once.

Branches and locations
  • Branches in one licence
  • Per-location work
  • Restricted access
  • Workstations at locations

A branch is a site or outlet to which you assign jobs, staff and workstations. You work in one location or switch to a view of all of them — the switcher is in the top bar. The job list has a location column and filter, and every job has a branch assigned.

You can restrict access: an employee assigned to a location sees only its jobs, customers and vehicles. Repair stages for one car can take place at different locations, with different contractors, and the job history shows who did the work and where.

Frequently asked questions

Does each branch need a separate licence?

No. Branches work within a single company account, with one job list and shared settings.

Can an employee of one branch see other branches’ jobs?

They don’t have to. Assigning them to a location limits their access to that location’s data.
