Damage photos and gallery — no limits, no delays

Document the damage with as many photos as you need. WE-PDR shrinks them on the phone, uploads them in the background, keeps them safe on weak signal and lets you share the whole gallery with a single link.

Damage photos and gallery — no limits, no delays

A phone takes photos of several megabytes each. Before a photo leaves the device, WE-PDR shrinks it to a size that is sufficient for damage documentation and uploads it in the background — meanwhile you can move on to the next panel or another job. With dozens or hundreds of photos, that’s the difference between minutes and an hour of waiting.

When the signal drops or disappears, photos aren’t lost. They wait in a queue on the device — even after you close and reopen the tab — and send themselves once the connection is back. Share the complete job gallery with a single link: the recipient views the photos in a browser, without logging in and without bundles of attachments in their inbox.

What you gain

TechnicianDoesn’t retake photos because they “didn’t go through”, and doesn’t wait at the car for the upload to finish.
OfficeHas the complete set of photos in the job instead of collecting them from messaging apps.
RecipientGets a gallery link instead of an inbox clogged with attachments.

Key capabilities

Shrunk on the phone

Photos are resized before upload — less mobile data and faster uploads.

Background upload

The queue uploads several photos at once and retries, while you keep working.

Queue when there’s no signal

Photos wait on the device and send themselves when the internet is back.

Gallery via one link

An unguessable link opens the job photos in a browser, no account needed.

Photos in documents

Selected photos go into the technical assessment PDF.

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Take photos

Add photos from the camera or your phone’s gallery.

  2. Step 02

    Keep working

Photos are shrunk and uploaded in the background; with no signal they wait in a queue.

  3. Step 03

    Share the gallery

Send the gallery link or include it in the email with the documents.

Frequently asked questions

What if I lose signal while uploading?

Photos stay in the queue on the device and send themselves once the connection is back — even if you close the browser tab in the meantime.

Does the recipient have to log in to see the photos?

No. The gallery link is unguessable — the recipient views the photos without a WE-PDR account.

Do the photos lose quality?

They are shrunk to a resolution that is sufficient for damage documentation and PDF printing, with headroom above the version displayed in the gallery.
