Photos, the technical assessment, the calculation and added files are attached to the right job. You generate PDF documents in the app and send them from the damage case — together with a gallery link.
Every job has a claim file. It holds documents generated by the system — the technical assessment and the repair calculation — and files you add yourself: customer, workshop and insurer documents. Documents have categories and successive versions, so you always know which calculation is current. Every team member with the right permissions can quickly find the file they need.
The technical assessment contains vehicle and customer details, the damage map, a panel summary and photos. The calculation itemises the flat rate, surcharges, removal and refitting, replacements and paint, and shows net, VAT and gross amounts. Both documents carry your company’s logo and details. You email selected files straight from the job, and the message includes a link to the photo gallery.
