Calendar

Repair calendar and technician work planning

Plan appointments, create jobs from the calendar and manage technicians in one place. Everyone knows what to work on, and the manager reacts to changes faster.

Repair calendar and technician work planning

The calendar shows a day, week or month, split by workstation, by technician or not split at all. Move an appointment by dragging it — on a phone after pressing and holding — and create a new job by clicking a free slot. You set working hours separately for each day of the week, with exceptions for specific dates.

The staff rota shows who works when and at which workstation — at every location. Staff get roles with permissions, so a technician sees their own jobs and a coordinator sees everything. The planning panel suggests jobs waiting for a slot and inspections arranged by phone.

Frequently asked questions

Does the calendar work on a tablet?

Yes. Dragging appointments works with your finger — after a short press and hold, so scrolling doesn’t move jobs by accident.

Does a technician see all jobs?

That depends on the role. You create your own roles and decide whether someone sees their own jobs, their location’s jobs or all of them.
