Jobs

Control every damage case from first report to closure

The job list gives the team a shared view of open cases. The progress bar shows the stage of work, while notes and history let you check what happened with a given vehicle and who did what.

Control every damage case from first report to closure

All jobs are on one list with a progress bar: intake, inspection, insurer approval, parts, repair, documents and billing. Search by registration number, VIN, customer, make and model, filter by stage, location and technician, and sort by column.

Repairing one car is often spread across several places and people — PDR at one location, paint at another, glass at a partner. Each repair stage has a type, location, contractor, dates, status and note. The case history records who changed what and when, and you can export the data you need for billing to Excel.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see who changed a job’s stage?

Yes. The case history records the author, time and content of every change, including notes on stages.

Can one job be repaired at several locations?

Yes. You add as many repair stages as you like, each with its own location, contractor, dates and status.

What format is the export in?

It’s a CSV file prepared for Excel — it opens straight away with correct characters, already split into columns.
