Cost estimate

PDR cost estimate and hail damage calculator

Prepare PDR repair estimates faster and with your own rates. The calculation is built from the same data as the inspection — no retyping into another program.

PDR cost estimate and hail damage calculator

The calculator prices the PDR repair from a flat-rate table: dents across the whole vehicle add up to a single number, which selects the price tier. On top of that come surcharges for larger dents, aluminium and painting, plus removal and refitting, parts replacement and paint amounts, which you enter according to the norms used in your company. Every change immediately recalculates the net and gross result.

You don’t wait for an external estimate or pay for every single quote in another program. You use the price list that applies in your company — you can keep several named price lists and choose a default. For every panel you see whether it’s cheaper to repair or replace, and a bar showing the percentage of the vehicle’s value warns you about total loss.

Key capabilities

Flat rate from the tier table

The total number of dents on the whole vehicle selects the tier — the price per dent falls as the damage grows.

Your company price list

Several named price lists with one default; you set net rates and VAT yourself.

Removal and refitting, replacements, paint

You enter amounts according to the norms you use every day — they go into the calculation and the PDF.

Repair or replace

A comparison of the PDR cost with the panel replacement cost, separately for each panel.

Total loss threshold

Repair cost as a percentage of the vehicle’s value, with a warning colour from 70%.

Live result

Net, VAT and gross recalculated with every change, on a phone too.

How it works

Enter the amounts for removal and refitting, parts replacement and painting.

  3. Step 03

    Check whether it pays off

  4. Step 04

    Generate the calculation

The repair calculation PDF goes into the claim file.

Frequently asked questions

Can I price using my own rates?

Yes. You set your own company price list — you can keep several named price lists and choose a default for new jobs.

Where do the removal and painting amounts come from?

You enter them for each panel according to the norms you use every day (e.g. Audatex, Eurotax or DAT). They go into the calculation and the PDF document.

Does the calculation show total loss?

Yes. Once you enter the vehicle’s value, the system calculates what percentage of that value the repair represents and flags total loss in red from 70%.
