WE-PDR calculates the way hail damage is settled: dents don’t start from zero for each panel — they add up across the whole vehicle, and the cumulative count sets the price tier from the flat-rate table.
When counting “panel by panel from zero”, the same number of dents spread over several panels gives a different price than on a single panel. The cumulative count removes this problem: dents up to 40 mm from the whole vehicle go into one number, which selects the tier in the flat-rate table (tiers every 10 dents). That’s why the price of a single dent falls as the damage gets bigger.
Above 100 dents, a fixed amount is added for each additional dent — PLN 13.50 net in the default price list. Larger dents (41–70 mm and over 70 mm) are charged as a per-dent surcharge, and aluminium and painting modify the rate according to clear rules. All amounts come from the price list, which each company can tailor to its needs.
Dents up to 40 mm add up globally, not separately for each panel.
A flat-rate table from 1–10 to 91–100 dents — the tier is selected automatically.
A fixed amount from the price list is added for every dent beyond 100.
Up to 40 mm within the flat rate; 41–70 mm and over 70 mm as a per-dent surcharge.
Aluminium and painting modify the rate without changing the tier.
You can override the default rates with your company’s price list.
The system adds up dents up to 40 mm from all panels of the vehicle.
The cumulative count selects the right tier in the flat-rate table.
Surcharges for size, aluminium, painting and dents above 100 are added.
